30 DAY, LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT TERMS
If you’re not 100% completely satisfied with your window treatments within the first 30 days of the initial installation, we will happily replace with any product of equal or lesser value for FREE! Simply let our team know within 30 days of the completed installation date. Not available to SFI partners or commercial customers. Original product needs to be returned at time of new installation. If a higher priced product is swapped, customer assumes the price difference.
110% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TERMS
If you find the same product from the same manufacturer, at a lower price, not only will we match the competitor’s price, but we will happily give you 10% of the difference! Just provide us with your written quote and we’ll take care of the rest. For example, if our price is $1000 and the competitor’s price is $900, we will match the $900 and provide an additional $10 off (i.e. 10% of the $100 price difference). It’s really that simple! Price match requests must be presented prior to placing your order with us. We will not honor a price match after your order has been processed. Product must be exactly the same, new, not refurbished, restocked, etc. Additional product upgrades may increase pricing for similar product. We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
