Kathy Pace joins the 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings team in August as the Director of Sales, a newly added role that will oversee all aspects of Sales and Sales Management. With 30+ years of experience in the home furnishings industry and the past near-decade as the National Sales Director at Smith & Noble, Kathy’s specialization in developing sales growth will benefit the individual salespeople and the entire 3 Blind Mice team!

Lauren McCarthy joins the 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings team in August as the Regional Sales Manager of South Markets, a role responsible for leading, directing, managing and coaching a team of salespeople in the Southern California. Lauren brings 22 years of experience to the sales team: growing up studying floor plans in her family of general contractors, she found her passion for helping people create safe and welcoming spaces while working in interior design, project management, and custom window treatments!
