Three Blind Mice Expands Headquarters

SAN DIEGO – Window coverings firm, 3 Blind Mice, has expanded its corporate headquarters and showroom from 200 to 4500 sq. ft. The 5-year lease was handled by Colliers International and ECP Commercial. Three Blind Mice owner, Scot Dietz, states, “With our 900 percent revenue increase in 2004 it was obvious we needed to move from our original office space. The larger facility is in an excellent location and will allow us to continue to grow.” The operations offices and product showroom are now conveniently located at 8969 Kenamar Drive, Suite 106 in San Diego. Showroom hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Dietz attributes the company’s strong growth to hard work, competitive pricing and excellent customer service. He states, “Consumers are not only moving into new homes, but they are also remodeling. Shows such as HGTV, demonstrate to consumers how they can spice up a room by adding new stylish window treatments. Window coverings are relatively low in cost and can change the entire look and feel of a room. With new motorization features, consumers now have the exciting option of programming their window coverings to open or close at certain times of the day.”
